5.2 Subscription Terms

Monthly recurring charge of $9.99 USD
- 🔄Auto-Renewal:
Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled before renewal date
- 🚫No Refunds:
All subscription fees are non-refundable, including partial months or unused periods
- ⚠️Price Changes:
We may change prices with 30-day advance notice via email
7. Third-Party Content, Listings & Sellers

7.1 No Verification of Sellers or Listings
We DO NOT verify, endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for:

- • Quality, condition, authenticity, or legality of parts or products
- • Identity, legitimacy, or trustworthiness of sellers, mechanics, or service providers
- • Compatibility of parts with your vehicle
- • Safety or compliance of products with regulations
7.2 Customer Due Diligence Required
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- • Verifying seller legitimacy before making any purchase or contact
- • Checking product specifications, compatibility, and authenticity
- • Reading seller reviews, ratings, and return policies on third-party platforms
- • Verifying mechanic credentials, licenses, and insurance
- • Understanding all terms, conditions, and warranties from third-party sellers
7.3 Transactions Are Between You and Third Parties
ALL transactions, communications, disputes, and relationships are SOLELY between you and the third-party seller/mechanic. We are NOT a party to these transactions and have NO liability for:
- • Product quality, defects, damage, or non-delivery
- • Fraudulent sellers or scams
- • Incorrect parts, wrong fitment, or incompatibility
- • Pricing errors, hidden fees, or unexpected charges
- • Mechanic workmanship, errors, or damages caused by installation
- • Warranty claims, returns, refunds, or chargebacks
- • Any disputes, losses, injuries, or damages arising from third-party interactions
7.5 Affiliate Disclosure
We participate in the eBay Partner Network (Campaign ID: 5339122014). When you click on eBay listings through our Service and make a purchase, we may earn affiliate commissions. This does NOT affect the price you pay.
10. Disclaimers of Warranties
